Returns and complaints

Purchased goods can be returned without giving a reason within the statutory 14-day period calculated from the date of receipt. The goods can be returned only in their original condition, without signs of use.

The goods must not be used or otherwise damaged.

We pay the money for the returned goods to the account no later than 14 days from the receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
