Application is easy - just insert the insoles into the shoe, or adjust the height of the insoles according to the height of the shoes (cut according to the pre-made incisions) eight of the shoes in which you will use them.
There is a soft gel on the inside that makes them comfortable to walk in and they are also impregnated with an antibacterial layer with Tropical Scent.
